Google Ads management cost in India (2026)
Management fees run ₹8,000 to ₹40,000 a month. Ad spend is separate, and we will say so before you sign anything.
The number that matters when you compare Google Ads quotes is that management fees and ad spend are two different things. A quote of ₹15,000 a month can mean ₹15,000 of management with your budget on top, or ₹15,000 total including a small ad budget. Those are very different conversations, and a lot of quotes are ambiguous about which one you are getting. Always separate the two lines before comparing.
What management fees cover
- Account structure and tracking Conversion tracking that actually fires, GA4 alignment, and server-side or offline conversion import where calls and WhatsApp are the real conversions. Most wasted ad spend traces back to tracking that reports half the conversions.
- Keyword and negative management Adding negatives is the highest-leverage ongoing work. Search terms that waste budget arrive every week, and an account that is never pruned bleeds money steadily.
- Creative and landing page iteration Ad copy, extensions, and landing page changes. Ads that never change stop performing within weeks.
- Bid and budget allocation Moving budget between campaigns based on what is actually converting, not what was planned in month one.
- Reporting you can act on A monthly summary in plain language, not a dashboard screenshot. The report should tell you what changed and what to do next.
| Band | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Small local business — ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month | Typically ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 monthly ad spend. One or two campaigns, tight geo targeting, call and WhatsApp as primary conversions. |
| Growing e-commerce — ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month | Shopping, remarketing and performance max, usually ₹1,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 ad spend. Fee scales with catalogue size and campaign count. |
| Lead generation or B2B — ₹20,000 to ₹40,000 per month | Higher tracking complexity because a lead is worth more and needs proper offline conversion import. |
| Percentage-of-spend pricing | Common at 10 to 20% of ad spend. It aligns incentives but gets expensive fast on large budgets. We prefer a flat fee plus clear performance terms. |
What ad spend you should actually start with
- Local service businesses ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 a month is usually the floor where Google's smart bidding has enough conversion data to work. Below that, campaigns fluctuate and you learn nothing.
- E-commerce under ₹50 lakh revenue ₹40,000 to ₹1,50,000 a month, weighted toward Shopping and remarketing, which need less search volume to prove themselves.
- B2B with long sales cycles ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000 a month. Fewer conversions, much higher value per deal, so cost per acquisition looks worse and is often better.
- Test before scaling Agree a 60 to 90 day test with a fixed budget and a decision point. If it does not work at that spend, more spend will not fix it.
| Band | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Fixed price after a written scope | We agree what is included, what is explicitly out of scope, and the timeline, then quote a single number. You are not billed open hours, and you can see exactly what the money buys before committing. |
| No discovery invoice you did not expect | The first conversation and a short written summary are free. If a project needs a full audit before it can be scoped, we say so and quote that separately rather than folding it into the build. |
| Stage payments against milestones | Typically a deposit, a payment at design or build milestone, and a balance on launch. You see the staging site from the first week, so progress is visible rather than reported. |
| You own everything on handover | Code, design files, content, domain and hosting accounts are yours and named in writing. No hostage situation at renewal. |
| We will tell you when not to buy it | If the right answer is a ₹40,000 WordPress site rather than the custom platform you asked about, that is what we will say. It is cheaper for both of us than a project nobody wanted. |
Questions worth asking before you buy anything like this
- Are these prices fixed quotes? No, they are bands, and the honest reason is that two projects with the same name can differ by a factor of three. What we do is quote a single fixed number for a single written scope, so you know what you are paying before you commit.
- Why do you publish prices at all? Because refusing to talk about money wastes your time and ours. Most people shopping for a website are comparing against other quotes and need a reference point. A published band is more useful than a vague ‘it depends’ and, in our experience, it also qualifies better search traffic.
- What would make this cheaper? Fewer features, fewer pages, and a clearer decision about what the site actually has to do. A site that does one thing well on mobile beats a site that does five things poorly, and it costs less to build.
- What would make it more expensive? Undecided scope, a requirement discovered in month three, and integrations with systems that were never documented. All three are cheaper to fix before the build starts than after.
- Do you offer payment plans or staged billing? Yes. Deposits with milestone payments are standard. For longer projects, staged billing across months is normal and should be in the contract.

FAQs
Is ad spend included in the management fee?
No, and it should not be. We quote management separately from ad spend so you can see both lines and change either one independently. If a quote blends them, ask for the split before comparing.
What is the minimum ad budget to run Google Ads effectively?
Around ₹15,000 a month for local services, and higher where conversion value is high. The constraint is conversion volume: Google's bidding needs roughly 30 conversions a month to optimise reliably.
How long before results show?
Expect 60 to 90 days for a meaningful read. The first month is mostly data collection, the second is when bidding settles, and the third is when you can judge whether the economics work.
Do you charge a setup fee?
Only where there is real build work, such as offline conversion import or analytics migration. Otherwise setup is included in the first month.
What happens if the account is not profitable?
We tell you. If after a fair test the cost per acquisition is above what the business can carry, the honest advice is to stop or change the offer, not to keep spending. We would rather lose the retainer than burn your money.
