UK Pride ("we", "our", "us") provides a mobile application designed for schools and educational institutions to create and manage digital student ID cards. The app is intended for use by school staff, administrators, and authorised personnel who register student details and generate ID cards on the institution's behalf — students themselves do not directly access or operate the app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to schools and staff. By downloading or using UK Pride, the institution and its authorised users agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve the app. Information about students is entered by the school or authorised staff member, not by the student directly:

7. Children's Privacy

UK Pride is designed for use by schools and authorised staff, not by students directly, and the app is not directed at children. Where student records include information about a minor, that information is entered and managed solely by the school on the student's behalf. Schools must ensure they have appropriate authority and, where required by applicable law, parental or guardian consent before entering a minor's information into the app. We do not permit students to create accounts or directly access the app.

Students or their parents/guardians who wish to access, correct, or remove a student's information should contact their school directly, as the school controls and manages these records within the app.
